How to read a price

Need the machine without the capital outlay?
Leasing keeps a good copier in the office without the upfront cost, and puts servicing and maintenance on us. We run flexible monthly leases as well as short-term rentals for projects, events and audits.

Straight answers before you buy
Are refurbished printers actually reliable?
Yes. Every refurbished Kyocera, Ricoh and Konica Minolta unit we sell is professionally cleaned, tested and set up before it leaves us, and it is covered by a limited warranty on functionality. These are commercial copiers built for years of heavy use — a well refurbished machine will outlast a cheap new one.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
We deliver across Kenya. Orders in Nairobi are usually dispatched the same day when the item is in stock, and we send to major towns countrywide. Confirm the model and stock on WhatsApp and we will quote delivery with it.
Can I get a quotation or proforma invoice for a bulk order?
Yes. We supply companies, schools, NGOs and government offices, and we can issue a full quotation or proforma invoice with recommendations that match your procurement process. Send us the model list or the requirement and we will price it.
